150/35 T double-girder
Overhead crane.
Interlift engineered a custom double-girder overhead crane with a reduced end-carriage profile and an offset runway beam design that works around existing columns. Twin trolleys with anti-sway control and electronic synchronisation allow safe tandem lifts, while VFD drives on all motions deliver smooth, precise starts and stops.
Battery operated
glass trolley transporter.
Interlift engineered a battery-powered glass trolley transporter with a 48V maintenance-free battery system, dual electric drive for traction and rotation, and a dual-joystick wireless remote that gives one operator full omnidirectional control. Smooth acceleration and deceleration protect the glass from sharp movements, while an adjustable frame accommodates different panel sizes. An onboard colour touchscreen battery manager displays voltage, current, remaining charge, runtime and temperature.
Electric flywheel

Interlift engineered a semi-automatic, battery- powered flywheel extractor combining a 24 VDC linear actuator for shaft extraction and insertion, a motor-driven hydraulic lifting platform, and a movable trolley. A 12 VDC cross-line laser pointer provides precise centre-line alignment with the flywheel, while a 5-function pendant (E-stop, UP, DOWN, IN, OUT) gives the operator complete command from a safe distance. A dual 12V/24V battery system with onboard chargers makes the unit fully mobile.
Magnet Crane

Interlift engineered a custom magnetic lifter for beams, profiles, plates and bundled ferrous material, combining electromagnetic and electropermanent technology in a single lifting system. The deep magnetic field secures non-compact and irregular loads, making the system suited to steel mills, shipyards and heavy fabrication yards. Motorised extendables or passive telescopic beams adapt to varying load lengths, while mechanical safety forks and motorised magnet rotation provide secure handling and precise positioning. Transverse misalignment lets a single operator pick one or more bundles, rebar, tubing, plate or structural steel, in a single lift.
10 Ton custom
gantry crane.
Originally installed as an overhead crane, this crane required additional lifting height to meet the application’s handling needs. To achieve this without replacing the existing infrastructure, Interlift engineered a custom 10 Ton (5+5 Ton) special gantry crane designed to travel on the existing structural runway supported by steel columns. The dual 5-ton hoists allow precise lifting and independent operation. The crane features a compact end carriage to maximize hook coverage and is equipped with VFD drives for smooth acceleration and precise load positioning, ensuring safe handling of heavy industrial loads.
Telescopic clamping lifter
for sheets & bundled panels.
Interlift engineered a telescopic clamping lifter for fast, damage free handling of metal sheets, aluminium doors and bundled panels. Motor driven arms extend to the load width and clamp under controlled force, so a single operator lifts anything from one sheet to a full bundle with no manual adjustment. Rubber-lined pads protect finished surfaces, and the low-headroom frame keeps loads vertical and stable.
